799ph is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and may require KYC documents at any stage of your account's lifetime. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Postal ID. 799ph will verify KYC documents in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 799ph login credentials. You agree to notify 799ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 799ph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurred prior to your notification to us.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 799ph reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with notice to players via the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 799ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and legal action:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 799ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 799ph content without prior written consent from 799ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 799ph's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 799ph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from your use of the platform or from any system downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures. The 799ph platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
799ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to pass KYC verification; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other reason that 799ph determines to be in the best interest of the platform's security and integrity. Upon termination of an account for cause, any remaining balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Balances arising from legitimate deposits and gameplay will be returned to the player's verified payment method following investigation.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 799ph processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
799ph reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the 799ph platform, not less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the 799ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 799ph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to 799ph's customer support team for internal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRC), or such other body as agreed by the parties. Nothing in this clause prevents 799ph from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
